In this unit, we will see, hear and learn about a large number of musical instruments from all five continents. This vast musical diversity is a treasure, as it provides us with great cultural wealth.

We’re now going to work together to answer the following questions.

1. Do you know any of the instruments that appear in the pictures?
2. Many of these instruments belong to different cultures, are they similar in any way to the instruments you know?
3. Have you ever played any of the instruments that appear in the video? Which one?
4. Have you ever heard someone play the instruments that appear in the video? Which one? Where did you hear it?
